摘要:
目的建立兔同种带瓣主动脉腹主动脉异位移植模型。
方法 成年健康近交系中国雄性家兔40只为供体,近交系成年新西兰雌性大白兔40只为受体。行供体同种带瓣主动脉腹主动脉三定点连续缝合补片式异位移植,术后12周,观察受体兔有无下肢瘫痪、移植物搏动情况以及有无血栓附着。
结果 受体兔有36只存活,下肢均无瘫痪僵硬,移植物搏动良好,无血栓附着。死亡原因为麻醉意外、出血、血栓形成及其他。
结论 兔同种带瓣主动脉腹主动脉异位移植模型术后血流通畅率高,手术成功率高,是一种较为理想的同种瓣异位移植模型。
Abstract:
Objective To create a rabbit model of aortic valve transplanted to abdominal aorta.
Methods  Forty healthy inbreding line Chinese adult male rabbits were enrolled and served as donors, and forty inbreding line New Zealand adult female white rabbits as receptors. Homografts were continuously sutured to the incision of the anterior wall of the abdominal aorta at three positions. At 12 weeks after surgery, whether or not with lower limb paralysis in receptors, graft pulsation, and if there was a thrombus were observed.
Results  Thirty-six receptors survived. No paralysis of lower limbs was seen, pulsation of the transplants was good, and no thrombus adhesion noted. The causes of death were anesthetic accident, bleeding, thrombosis or others.
Conclusion  The model created has high patency of blood flow and high operation success rate, which is a relatively ideal model for aortic valve homograft heterotopic transplantation.
