摘要:
目的 了解青岛地区妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的发生与维生素D的关系。
方法 选取GDM及正常孕妇各200例,检测两组血清25-羟维生素D3(25-(OH)D3)、脂代谢指标、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),分析25-(OH)D3与HOMA-IR的相关性。
结果 GDM组25-(OH)D3低于正常对照组(t=5.561,P<0.01),FBG及FINS高于正常对照组(t=4.077、18.358,P<0.01);两组脂代谢指标差异无显著性(P>0.05)。GDM组HOMA-IR与25-(OH)D3呈负相关(r=-0.767,P<0.05),葡萄糖耐量试验服糖后2 h血糖异常者25-(OH)D3低于血糖正常者(t=3.121,P<0.05)。
结论 维生素D缺乏可能与GDM发生相关。
Abstract:
Objective  To investigate the prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in Qingdao, China and its association with vitamin D.
Methods  A total of 200 pregnant women with GDM (GDM group) and 200 normal pregnant women (normal control group) were enrolled. The serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25-(OH)D3) was measured for all women, as well as lipid metabolic indices, fasting blood glucose (FBG), and fasting insulin (FINS), homeostasis model assessment-estimated insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) was calculated, and the correlation between 25-(OH)D3 and HOMA-IR was analyzed.
Results Compared with the normal control group, the GDM group had a significantly lower level of 25-(OH)D3 (t=5.561,P<0.01) and significantly higher FBG and FINS (t=4.077,18.358;P<0.01), and there were no significant differences in lipid metabolic indices between the two groups (P>0.05). In the GDM group, HOMA-IR was negatively correlated with 25-(OH)D3 (r=-0.767,P<0.05), and the women with abnormal blood glucose at 2 hours after glucose intake in oral glucose tolerance test had a significantly lower serum level of 25-(OH)D3 than those with normal blood glucose (t=3.121,P<0.05).
Conclusion  Vitamin D deficiency may be associated with GDM.
