摘要:
目的 探讨血清维生素D(VD)以及VC受体(VDR)在胎盘组织中的表达及其与子痫前期发病的相关性。
方法 选取2014年6月—2015年6月在我院住院分娩的子痫前期孕妇40例(观察组),同期选取正常妊娠孕妇55例为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测两组孕妇胎盘绒毛组织中VDR蛋白的定位和表达情况,同时分别测定两组孕妇血清25-羟基VD(25-(OH)D)水平。
结果 观察组孕妇血清中25-(OH)D水平低于对照组,差异有显著性(t=-6.48,P<0.05);VDR蛋白在观察组和对照组的胎盘组织绒毛合体滋养层细胞核、少量细胞质及血管内皮细胞中均有表达,观察组胎盘组织绒毛合体滋养层细胞核着色阳性率低于对照组,差异有显著性(χ2=6.434,P<0.05)。
结论  观察组孕妇胎盘绒毛组织中VDR蛋白呈低表达,提示VD和VDR可能在子痫前期的发病机制中起着相辅相成的作用。
Abstract:
Objective  To investigate the expression of vitamin D (VD) and vitamin D receptor (VDR) in the placenta and its association with preeclampsia.
Methods  A total of 40 patients with preeclampsia who were hospitalized and gave birth in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were enrolled as observation group, and 55 healthy pregnant women were enrolled as control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the location and expression of VDR in the placental villi, and the serum level of 25-dihydroxyvitamin D (25-(OH)D) was measured for both groups.
Results  The observation group had a significantly lower serum level of 25-(OH)D than the control group (t=-6.48,P<0.05). VDR protein was expressed in the nuclei and cytoplasm of the syncytiotrophoblast and vascular endothelial cells in the placental villi in both groups, and the observation group had a significantly lower staining positive rate of the nuclei of the syncytiotrophoblast in the placental villi than the control group (χ2=6.434,P<0.05).
Conclusion  The observation group has low expression of VDR in the placental villi, suggesting that VD and VDR may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
