摘要:
 目的 探讨老年男性病人血尿酸水平与骨密度及骨折风险评估工具(FRAX)计算的骨折风险之间的关系。
方法 将纳入的老年男性病人根据骨折风险评估表中的临床资料计算骨折风险(FRAX评分),并测定股骨颈、腰椎1~4(L1~4)和髋部骨密度及空腹血尿酸,分析血尿酸水平与骨密度及FRAX评分的关系。
结果  老年男性病人的L1~4、股骨颈等的骨密度随着血尿酸的升高,呈逐渐升高的趋势(β=0.517~0.811,P<0.05),骨折风险随着血尿酸的升高逐渐减低(β=-0.227、-0.188,P<0.05)。
结论 老年男性病人血尿酸水平与骨密度呈正相关,与FRAX评分呈负相关,低水平的血尿酸可能是FRAX骨折风险的危险因素。
Abstract:
 Objective To investigate the correlation of serum uric acid level with bone mineral density and fracture risk as calculated by the Fracture Risk Assessment Tool (FRAX) in elderly male patients.
Methods Fracture risk (evaluated by FRAX score) was calculated for the included elderly male patients based on the clinical data in the Fracture Risk Assessment Table; the bone mineral density of femoral neck, lumbar vertebrae 1-4 (L1-4), and hip bone as well as fasting serum uric acid was measured. The correlations of different serum uric acid levels with bone mineral density and FRAX score were analyzed.
Results The bone mineral density of L1-4 and femoral neck gradually increased with increasing serum uric acid levels in elderly male patients (β=0.517-0.811,P<0.05); the fracture risk gradually decreased with increasing serum uric acid levels (β=-0.227 and -0.188,P<0.05).
Conclusion Serum uric acid level in elderly male patients is positively correlated with bone mineral density and negatively correlated with FRAX score. Low uric acid level may be a risk factor for fracture assessed by FRAX.
