摘要:
目的 探讨白细胞介素6(IL-6)和细胞因子信号转导抑制因子1(SOCS1)在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达及临床意义。
方法 采用免疫组化二步法检测不同卵巢组织中IL-6和SOCS1的阳性表达,分析两者的表达及其与卵巢癌临床病理参数间的关系。
结果 卵巢癌组织中IL-6和SOCS1的阳性表达率高于正常卵巢和良性卵巢肿瘤组织(χ2=6.094~28.983,P<0.05)。卵巢癌组织中IL-6的阳性表达与肿瘤的组织学分级、FIGO分期、腹水有关(χ2=8.451~14.872,P<0.05),与病理类型、年龄、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。SOCS1阳性表达与肿瘤的组织学分级有关(χ2=6.137,P<0.05),与病理类型、FIGO分期、腹水、年龄、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。卵巢癌组织中IL-6与SOCS1的表达呈正相关(r=0.297,P<0.05)。
结论 IL-6和SOCS1在卵巢癌中高表达,与卵巢癌的发生发展相关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and suppressor of cytokine signaling-1 (SOCS1) in ovarian cancer tissue and its clinical significance.
Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of IL-6 and SOCS1 in different ovarian tissue samples, and its association with clinicopathological parameters of ovarian cancer was analyzed.
Results Compared with normal ovarian tissue samples and benign ovarian tumor samples, ovarian cancer tissue samples had significantly higher expression of IL-6 and SOCS1 (χ2=6.094-28.983,P<0.05). In the ovarian cancer tissue samples, the expression of IL-6 was associated with histological grade of tumor, International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage, and ascites (χ2=8.451-14.872,P<0.05), but it was not associated with pathological type, age, or lymph node metastasis (P>0.05). The expression of SOCS1 was associated with histological grade of tumor (χ2=6.137,P<0.05), but it was not associated with pathological type, FIGO stage, ascites, age, or lymph node metastasis (P>0.05). In the ovarian cancer tissue samples, the expression of IL-6 was positively correlated with that of SOCS1, the difference is significant (r=0.297,P<0.05).
Conclusion IL-6 and SOCS1 are highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissue, which is associated with the development and progression of ovarian cancer.
